Depending on where you’re located, you can expect around 7-14 working days before delivery takes place. The shipping costs are calculated when you checkout and are based on your country of origin. The shipping costs are charged for every item. All shipments are handled by DHL, DPD or PostNL. All items are incl. VAT, but without shipping costs. We at NativeSoil spend the utmost care to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition. In case you are dissatisfied about your NativeSoil order you can return it within 14 days as long as the item(s) are unused in the original packaging and have not been damaged. In case the error can be accounted to NativeSoil, we will settle your case immediately. However, if NativeSoil can not be accounted for the error the return cost are yours and if a new item needs to be sent you will have to pay for the shipping again. NativeSoil can not be held liable for any return shipments getting lost in the mail.
Please note that NativeSoil can not always refund money due to the nature and limited quantity of some of the offered products. In these cases products can be exchanged for other items or a gift certificate. If you are not sure about your order please contact us before placing your order to see what the possibilities are in terms of a refund. For some items NativeSoil charges a 10% re-stocking fee due to hygienic reasons, re-packaging or payment fees.
Due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic, many shipping companies are experiences difficulty with the number of orders they are currently receiving. Therefore our usual shipment time could be significantly extended ranging from 7 days up to 6 weeks. Because we are not responsible for your order after it has been shipped out, we will not refund any orders within 6 weeks after being shipped out.
